“The client is a meat processing company, more specifically fine meats and charcuterie, hence the subtle nod to the butcher shop scene through the use of red-jointed wall tiles and oxblood-red flooring.

With a view to receiving their clientele and optimizing the work floor and meeting facilities, a radical refurbishment of the existing offices is required. The first phase of this total assignment focuses on optimizing the entrance hall and reception (level +1), creating a new workplace for about 20 employees, as well as refreshing the existing meeting facilities.

The new workplaces are located behind the reception desk, separated by an (acoustic) glass wall, and fully opened with the necessary attention to acoustics.” (BASIL architecture)
